  1. Take 5 potatoes

  5. Salt as per your taste
  6. ½ teaspoon of paprika
  7. ½ cup of cheddar cheese
  8. ¼ cup of milk

  1. Cut the potato into cubes and steep the cubes in cold water. Let the potato cubes sit in water for 15 minutes.

  3. Take 4-5 potatoes medium size
  4. Cut them into thin fingers
  5. Sprinkle corn flour on the finger fries and leave them for 10 minutes

  7. Place them on a platter and sprinkle all the mixed spices. 
  8. Drizzle a slight lemon juice on the fries and toss them well
